With a diverse educational background, I've worn multiple hats in the educational world. I began as a classroom teacher and spent the majority of my career in a kindergarten classroom. Later, I became an independent study advisor for many different grade levels, however, I ultimately specialized in TK, K, and 1st grade families. I then transitioned to an administrative role, where I supported other Independent Study Advisors and ensured program compliance. Currently, I'm homeschooling our youngest child and loving the freedom that comes with being a home educator.

My journey, both in the classroom and as a parent, has equipped me to understand the unique needs of learners, including neurodiversity, gender non-conforming, and mental illness. I have also worked with 2E learners, accelerated learners, and gifted learners. I believe in seeing and authentically teaching the whole child. I'm here to support your homeschooling journey, regardless of your approach or experience level.
